Subscription Auto-Renewal Terms and Conditions

These Subscribe for 10% Off Auto-Renewal Terms and Conditions (“Subscription Terms”) apply to and govern your purchase of eligible Subscribe for 10% Off products on a subscription basis (“Subscription”) from Sun Bum (“We” or “Sun Bum”) and constitute the sole agreement between you and Sun Bum with respect to your Subscription. Your use of our Service (as defined in our Terms of Use) and your purchase of products on our Service is also governed by Sun Bum’s Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns policy, Accessibility, CCPA Compliance, and all other policies and terms posted on the Services, which are incorporated herein. By placing an order for Subscription products, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound and abide by these Subscription Terms.
We reserve the right to amend or modify these Subscription Terms and to cancel Subscriptions at any time in our sole discretion. Your continued purchase of Subscription products after we modify these Subscription Terms constitutes your acceptance of these Subscription Terms as modified.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the interval you selected until you cancel.
Eligible Products
Not all products are eligible to participate in the Subscription service. Any eligible products will be clearly designated as such when shopping on Sun Bum’s Website. Sun Bum reserves the right to add and remove eligible products for the Subscription service in its sole discretion.
Auto-Renewal and Cancelation
Your Subscription will automatically renew and create a new order at the interval you selected (either 30, 60, 90 or 120 days) until you cancel. You may modify or cancel your Subscription at any time through your Sun Bum online accountby contacting us at hey@Sunbum.com, or by clicking the cancel subscription link found in your Subscription confirmation email. To avoid being charged for your next Subscription order, you must modify or cancel your Subscription at least three (3) business days prior to your order processing date.
Discount and Orders
Your Subscription entitles you to receive ten percent (10%) off the then-current price of your Subscription product(s). Please note that product prices, shipping charges, and taxes may fluctuate, so the after-discount price you are charged for Subscription products may also fluctuate from order to order. Approximately seven (7) days prior to each Subscription order processing, We will send you a reminder email with information about the charges for that order. If your Subscription includes a product that is out of stock at the time of your auto-renewal, you authorize Sun Bum to attempt to fill the Subscription order one (1) more time, generally twenty-four (24) hours after the initial attempt. If the item(s) remains out of stock on the following day, we will cancel the Subscription for the out of stock item(s).
Payment
When you make your first purchase of Subscription product(s), you are required to provide a credit card or other accepted payment method which you authorize Sun Bum to charge for your Subscription orders. By continuing your Subscription, you authorize Sun Bum and/or Sun Bum’s payment vendors and processors to store and automatically charge your stored method of payment at the then-current price for Subscription product(s), less a ten percent (10%) discount, plus all applicable taxes and shipping, at the time your Subscription order is processed (without notice to you except as required by applicable law).
You agree to keep your payment method information and all other online account information current, accurate and complete. Accepted methods of payment, which are subject to change from time-to-time in Sun Bum’s sole discretion, are described in the FAQs. You may change your selected stored payment method at any time through your Sun Bum account.
If we attempt to charge your method of payment and it fails to process, you authorize us to reattempt the charge one (1) time, at our discretion, generally twenty-four (24) hours after our initial attempt. If we remain unable to charge your method of payment your Subscription will be cancelled.
